35 Collins Street (Collins Tower) 35 Collins Street consists of 30 floors of office space, it has large floorplates of approximately 1,557m² in the low rise, and 1,709m² in the high rise, totalling approximately 48,600 sq metres. 45 Collins Street Between the two towers, there are 50 retail outlets incorporating fashion, food, gifts and services. There are also 16 professional suites offering a wide varitey of services.
